Course Fees 2026
At Tsepong Empowerment Centre, our mission is to equip ministry leaders with accessible, high-quality, accredited training that strengthens churches and transforms communities. The Christian Religious Practitioner qualification is a full 12–18 month programme that includes classroom instruction, practical ministry development, workplace experience, assessments and pastoral mentoring.
The following fee structure has been designed to ensure affordability while maintaining excellence in training delivery.

- Application Fee: R300 (non-refundable)
- Registration Fee: R700 (due upon acceptance)
- Tuition Fee: R12 000 (full programme)
- EISA Exam Fee: R2 000 (External Integrated Summative Assessment)

For students who pay their tuition in full before the programme start date.

- Includes a 10% tuition discount
- Ideal for churches sponsoring one or more learners
B. Standard 12-Month Payment Plan
A budget-friendly monthly option.
- Monthly Tuition: R1 000 × 12 months
- Upfront: R1 000 (Application + Registration)
- EISA Fee: Payable before final assessment
C. Extended 18-Month Support Plan
Designed for pastors and leaders serving in rural or low-income congregations.
- Monthly Tuition: R800 × 18 months
- Upfront: R1 000 (Application + Registration)
Church and Group Discounts
Church Group Enrolment (10 or more learners)
- 15% discount on tuition for each learner
- Total per learner: R13 200
- Ideal for associations, networks, and denominations wanting unified training for ministry teams
Full-Time Ministry Staff Discount
- 10% discount for verified full-time or bi-vocational ministers
